but I Think Indigo is right about the wrong noa dates, first if you see their timeline the nvc received the case already anD it cannot be possible That u get your noa2 and the same day it gets to nvc, so i think the noa2 date is wrong, and some people are just not updatingvtimelines or just havent shown up in a long time!! so I know that USCIS has done more it is that people here are not logging to update anymore :(

I hope to get it at least at the end of August :(

I hope that ur wish comes true. I really do but in order for that to happen, CSC has to finish march first by the next week which doesn't seem realistic. But u never know they might have been done with it but are just waiting for the end of the month to send the approvals out. Lets hope we hear something next week. Good luck.

maybe they lost the whole month of march files and have spent three months trying to find them. who knows. give it rest and skip march and go to apopril then. or maybe march has cursed us and we are all being cursed.

Just received my first email from NVC. DS-3032 and AOS Fee bill. Too bad the online payment is unavailable right now... Still this is progress!

To all still waiting for the I-130 approval. Don't despair. After 4 months I too was starting to seriously think something might be wrong but this whole thing is just damn slow.

"There were only 3 approvals this week."

ample proof that perhaps USCIS is gearing towards achieving a title which will stand for

Ultra Slow Casual and Indifferent Services provider.

it is still USCIS.

Guys I know it is painful that USCIS has slowed down like anything. They have taken a lot of time to process the cases. But guess what NVC IS EVEN SLOWER THEN THAT. They have not recieved/scanned my papers till now. It is more then 7 working days and I am still not assigned any NVC case number. I think that they are short staffed or many of the employees are on vacation?????

I recently decided to contact my senators to get them involved in the process. Just in case I need them for something, even if just evidence and support on the day of interview.

Today I got a letter from my senator saying the following in the attachment.

I'm sure others here already had an idea or indication about this - but I am discouraged by the letter. It is better to know something I suppose than to keep wondering but still I am saddened because I also had plans to see my wife again soon.
