Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between June 17, 2010 and July 21, 2010

:(:(:( Just keeps getting worse.

Dont sweat it too much Junefirst. It will happen once the time is right. Right now they are processing the work visas and our turn is next. Most of the february filers have had their NOA2 already. So we it has to be march's turn now at least based on the applicants on VJ.

10/05/2010: DS-3032 COA emailed to NVC

10/11/2010: IIN received

10/11/2010: AOS review fee ($88) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/14/2010: AOS status 'PAID'

I have a friend who is having major heart surgery on June 4th and I was planning on staying with him for a week or two once he was released from the hospital. He is not married and I am sure he will need some help for a while and his sibblings will enjoy the break also. How ever my doing this would mean I would be away from my home from June 14 thru June 28. Will I recieve notice via email on my NOA 2 Approval or only via mail. Any advice how best to handle this from afar. I should be able to have internet access while I am away. I was thinking I could take the DS 3032 with me for mailing. I know the timing is not the greatest but life doesnt follow our individual plan...THX

- Informed by call center. Cost $18 Information received- we need to wait 6-8 weeks from Nov 5th FUBAR.

- VISA APPROVED 12/15/2010

- Wife arrived in US Feb 2, 2011... :)

If you have signed up for email alerts, then you should get an email from USCIS, when you application gets approved. Once you get the approval, have your spouse in US call NVC to have them send you the DS3032 via email. This way, you have it and send it back to NVC within a day or two.

Only reason I am not freaking out is because of this thread.

If all of you were getting your NOA2 and i wasnt, then i would start being concerned.

I dont even look at my timeline to be honest otherwise i would worry. For now i just spend as much time as i can enjoying my conversations with my wife via webcam, phone and yahoo chat without any added stress about some predicted timeframe. As long as i know im doing the right steps then im happy. Not much more i can do at this point.

I am signed up for Email alert already and hope they are early notifications. Faster than Snail mail if sent at the same time. I just have so little faith.

My spouse is in the Philippines so I am having her send me the original signed copy so that I can send it from here. She can also email it from her location if she chooses to. Guess I just am nervious and dont want to delay anything. Because this process is so long it seems to keep getting into the way of my being able to live my life.

The approval of I130 via email is according to most people quicker than snail mail. Once they decide to approve your application and they change the status on the USCIS websitem, you should get an email right away.

Don't panic over it. Just have your spouse send you all the documents signed ahead of time so you are ahead for tthe NVC process.

Just letting you know we haven't heard anything... :) The only reason why I'm smiling is because others haven't heard anything yet either so at least I know it's not that there's something wrong with our application. Hello everyone. I have you all in my prayer we all will get our noa2 soon. Let's all stop looking at timeline because it will drive u crazy we need to be ok for our spouse let's not stress each other on timeline bcause when its ur time to get approve no one can stop that just keep preying

I agree with you completely. We have nothing in our hands and if we just keep looking at the timeline, we will drive ourselves insane. So rather than doing that, just talk to your loved one everyday (if u can) and just enjoy the SUMMER weather :)

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

No that is not touched. When you click my portfolio, there should "LAST UPDATE" when that date changes, then you have been touched.
