Its nice to see things moving albeit ever so slowly. As it has been suggested for those waiting NOA2 now it the time get those ducks in a row. I just received the last bits that I needed from my wife. Thank you honey... Having said that now I am anxiously waiting USCIS for our NOA2 which looks to be here shortly provided I dont get a RFE which is possible because I didn't provide evidence of past history with my wife and myself. I figured the Marriage certificate show say it all and if they needed additional proof we could provide that at the interview. I dont know if they will see it that way and if they dont then I will send them pic's and email support up the kazoo.. :hehe:

I do know that if I have to wait much longer I will be speaking to my Congressman for assistance. I know government offices dont like these guys poking around much and will move faster to get them out of their space. Just as we dont like the attention neither do others.

My other fear is this, right now I think I know whats going on and what I need to accomplish this journey. However once I get my NOA2 I will probably go brain dead and just stand there like a deer in the headlights... Suddenly all knowledge will have left the building.:help: Thats why the more ready I am now the better.:unsure::blush:

SO LET MOVE! IT MOVE IT! MOVE IT! like in now USCIS... Your Public Servant status is less than impressive and your customers are waiting...

I believe that is for employment based visas only. If you find out that we can use that for a spouse visa let me know. I would pay anything for all of this waiting to be over with already.

Hi all, when you email the DS-3032 form, do you email a scan of it so it includes your signature? I'm thinking they won't allow you emailing just the filled out form w/o a signature

Tom- I can imagine some poor band player whose kazoo is getting stuffed into it  . I always heard "up the wazoo" :P. I agree that the more prepared you are now for the next stage, the less chance you have of "Uhhh...what....did I just read...what is DS3032? Where is mine? Wait....what do I do after that? When do I pay this bill? Wait? AHHHHHH!" That NOA2 is really nice but comes with a memory eraser for some (myself included...those were some crazy times I had  .)

You don't need much luck for a potluck. as long as you invite people who bring yummy foods and not things you don't like to eat, you should be good! What are you bringing? See...this is what we should do! We should have a potluck on Tom's massive land and go kayaking after we all finish! Since I'm taking forever....you all have to wait for me! MUAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I could go for an international potluck with some strangers who I annoyed for months on end :P.

Divina- I just copied and pasted the DS3032 format found in the LingChe guide. No signature was on there and they accepted it just fine. :).

:( Are those with NOA dates of March 11th and 12th on a Do not touch list? They really seem to have skipped over us and I haven't even gotten a touch or anything. Whewwwww I hate going to the USCIS website just to see the same "last activity date" every time. Its like a punch in the mouth each time I go there. I hope they haven't lost the folders with those dates.

Teya- thanks for the help. I'm a dummy and thought you had to attach the actual form. That isn't the case is it? You just send an email according to the guidelines provided in the Ling Che shortcut.
