C'mon more approvals from USCIS!!!! Tomorrow is Wednesday already!!!

My good news has been deferred until next Monday (hopefully only until next Monday).

What delayed again... Teya are you sure your not a mystery writer? :unsure: I like a good story as well as the next person but geah!!!!!!

Well lets hope the end of this week shows more progress than the beginning did. Night all Keep the faith...

- Case Complete, 9/13/10 w/questions on lack of income

- NVC Forwards Case to Embassy, Manila

- Waiting Medical completed 10/27/10

- Interview Date 11/3/10 Wife didn't have NSO Marriage Certificate, No Approval OMG!!!

- NSO Certificate received by Embassy on 11/5/2010

- Informed by call center. Cost $18 Information received- we need to wait 6-8 weeks from Nov 5th FUBAR.

- VISA APPROVED 12/15/2010

- Wife arrived in US Feb 2, 2011... :)

Apparently some one wants me to keep my words of, "I will see everyone of you through this process." I might also be watching every single one of you go to your interview and come back with "APPROVED" before I get my interview. I was planning on seeing everyone's progress anyway :).

If I get any more waylaid though, I will be staring at a November date instead of October. *Sigh*

At least I can wish everyone congrats and wait to see more happy people! C'mon USCIS!!!! Make more people happy!!!

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

-NVC operator says the IV package has been entered: 11/18/10

-E-mailed SUE to see if that would do anything (3 diff times...): 11/29/30/10

-Sent AOS RFE's: 12/1/10

-AOS RFE's received: 12/2/10

-Checked payment portal for fun (SIF!!!!): 12/3/10

-AVR still say AOS missing info: 12/3/10

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Received interview date (12/13/10): JANUARY 6th, 2011!!

-Medical: 12/21/10- Passed :)

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

In India, to recieve a Police Clearence Certificate(PCC) do we need any letter or proof to ask the Police to give us the PCC or any one can go and apply for PCC? I am asking about Mumbai PCC since my spouse is in Mumbai India. Do any one know how many days it takes to obtain a PCC in Mumbai?

My spouse has a new passport less then 4 months. Do we still need a PCC? If so where do we go to apply? Is it in Worli? Please inform. Thanks.

Congrats to the guys who got the NOA2....

USCIS will speed up this week..... be alert......

Congratulations to everyone that was approved... i think you are right kapad. they are moving into the twenties here so they will pick it up because they were way behind.

My I130 was approved today too!!!! I just logged in and saw it!!!!

By the way, MikeandPerla...... we need to keep in touch since our timelines will be close to each other. Will you also be going to Ciudad Juarez?

Yeah, we also have to go to Juarez for the interview. We hope to get the ball rolling with NVC soon and get everything in before September 15. After that, we'll see what interview date we get - hopefully NVC will get its act together and make it a timely, if not quick, process.

My I130 was approved today too!!!! I just logged in and saw it!!!!

By the way, MikeandPerla...... we need to keep in touch since our timelines will be close to each other. Will you also be going to Ciudad Juarez?

25th March 2010: NOA1 Received
23rd July 2010: I130 Approved
Your I-130 was approved in 120 days from your NOA1 date.

30th July 2010: NVC Received
14th Sept 2010: Case complete at NVC
22nd Oct 2010: Interview date assigned
19th Nov 2010: Interview at 7:30 A.M IST APPROVED
Passport with visa in hand on the same day.

N400 Sent: 31st Oct 2013

NOA1: Nov 4th 2013

Letter for Biometrics recievied with Appt on 12/09/2013: Nov 18th 2013

Biometrics done: Nov 22nd 2013

In line for Interview: Dec 27th 2013

Interview letter received: May 24th 2014

Interview Date: June 26th 2014

Oath Date: November 23rd (After numerous calls and Info pass inquiries to USCIS)

US Passport received: December 12th 2014

Filed for Parents - IR5

NOA1: April 2nd 2015

Hey everyone congrats on all your approvals...and yes please USCIS move quickly now omg it is sooooooooooo long.... you are right many dont updatte ther timelines and then even when they say they get approved they stop letting us know the rest of ther progress and I think we would like to know how quickly things go after the approvals so we have a good time frome of when the interview is and when we can expect a visa in hand and our husbands and wives are going to come home....Anyway Good luck and God bless this week to everyone i pray this week for all....inshaallah..................................

Don't be discouraged. Not everyone is like Teya and a few of the other folks on here. I don't want to say more cause it would not be productive. People are people. The ones who do give back provide enough information for us to have a decent idea of whats to come.

Hi everyone,

Congrats to all who have received the coveted NOA2 already. I'd just like to throw my name into the mix, I'm Australian, the hubby is US citizen and we have a NOA1 date of April 2nd 2010. I'm hoping to hear the good news soon! I'm particularly watching johndoe to see when he gets his NOA2 as we have the same NOA1 date.
