Recently, I saw that someone has got approved from TAXAS SERVICE CENTER who has filed in the month of MAY. So a question rose in my mind that why there is a descripencies between two centers:

Here's what USCIS has to say:

"How Is USCIS Working For You? -- Your Questions and Comments?" - July 29, 2009

1. Processing Differences Between Sister Service Centers–Bi-specialization – Callers noted that discrepancies exist between the processing times at sister service centers suggesting that USCIS provides two levels of customer service for the same filing fee. Particularly, callers noted differences between the Vermont Service Center (VSC) and California Service Center (CSC) on Form I-129F for fiancés and spouses of U.S. citizens. What is USCIS doing to address processing discrepancies between sister service centers?

USCIS Response: Both VSC and CSC report the same processing time (5 months) for Form I-129F.

Yeah I saw the 17th earlier but its still new to me and I havent seen any later dates yet.

I would not think so because they were submitted earlier in the process with the I-864 package. However everyone says bring all the documentation you can to the interview. I would not think the Tax info would be ask for here. I am thinking Pictures and Marriage certificate , birth Certificate. Remember you or they will only have copies to show as the NVC has originals already. I also think this would be when they return the originals to you.

Looks like the average days between NOA1 and NOA2 became a bit shorter. Good news. It went from 119 days to 116 days. That's a whole 4 days improvement. Right? In that four days, you can do so many things instead of fretting over your NOA2. I'm hoping there will be a few more NOA2 this week. And then the average days will do down even more.

Was this for an I-130 ? I'm thinking NO.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
