Where are all these approvals? the k-1's have some may's already. they are now putting in all the approvals for last month and this month. we are falling further and further behind. what is the deal? come on csc this is like two months of non approvals.

Sorry Tom, your team is no longer in the running. But cheer up, you should have an NOA2 within the next 3 months :P.

Looks like everyone took a snooze break for the holiday weekend at USCIS. :angry: I don't want to have to wait until Monday to hear 10 good newsessssssss this week. I will for sure wait though.

Is anyone besides John going to see their spouse relatively soon?

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

Teya - Even I am not 100% sure. I am still waiting to get the OK from my manager for the short trip (6 days only). Hopefully i will find out tomorrow about it and start ticket shopping for the 18 hour ride :P

6 days is better than nothing. Especially if you are already at the NVC stage and just waiting for your documents to clear. Then you will go there and come back and she will have her interview the next month or so. Then it will only be 2 months of wait instead of 6. Sounds good to me!

lets hope so that i have my case approved and have all my documents submitted (doubt it). I wont have the PCC until I get the checklist which can take a while and then to get the PCC shipped here. Got a while. Just hoping that she gets a interview call by December as I am going back to see her in December (hoping to bring her back with me). Just waiting and seeing how everything works out.

this is crazy. i called the brazilian consulate today to ask if there was an easier way because this is getting crazy. i could understand if the stopped the k-1's but they are moving right along with them. there were three more approvals today for them and nothing for us. i mean come on already.

Im tempted to book my ticket for early September, I figured interview wont be till after that anyways. Im assuming i should be done with NVC by that point...

hmm.

Isnt your wife's bday in september? That would be a really good surprise for her if you just showed up at her place and knock on the door. I was thinking about doing that for my wife's bday but i couldn't get my vacation approved :(

Naw, her birthday is in early October. Im thinking her interview date will be around that time though. I plan to stay till then.

wow buddy. Staying there for a month. NICE. Enjoy and if you do go there the first week of september and I am there. Lets meet up and go out for dinner one night.

this is getting ridiculous. they approved more may k-1's today and we have had no approvals for us at all. what is going on here?

Tell me about it everytime i look at k-1 timeline i get angry what makes them special they should approve petitions based on marriage first this is gonna take a long while but you know there nothing we can do:angry:

- Called July 6, 2010 Got case number and gave email address (Operator said case arrived July 2)

- Received two emails with DS3032 and AOS bill payment July 8, 2010

- Email DS3032 July 8, 2010 (Did not receive auto response)

- Sent payment online AOS bill July 9, 2010

- Sent payment online IV fee bill July 14, 2010

- Received IV instruction packet July 16, 2010

- AOS and IV packet delivered at NVC, July 30, 2010

- Case Closed August 25, 2010

- Interview October 12, 2010 APPROVED!!!

My son´s Journey

- I-130 Sent, February 22, 2010

- NOA2 July 7, 2010

National Visa Center

- Received email stating my son´s case must be processed electronically, AOS fee bill included in email, July 22, 2010

- Sent email to NVCElectronic to OPT-IN For Electronic Processing, July 23, 2010

- Received email from NVCElectronic OPT-IN accepted July 26, 2010

- Received email letter DS 3032 was accepted, letter included lV fee bill invoice, July 28, 2010

- IV Status: Paid July 29, 2010

- AOS and IV packet sent via email (forms and documents scanned) August 3, 2010

- Received email from NVCElectronic to let me know my son´s case was closed August 26, 2010

- Interview October 8, 2010 APPROVED!!!

Looking at the timelines, yes you should get approval now....it's about the time.

Atlanta, GA (MM-DD-YYYY)
I-130 (IR-1) TIMELINE [MUMBAI CONSULATE]
07-02-2020 - I-130 SENT
06-01-2021 - APPROVED

NVC
06-06-2021 - Recevied NVC case no. - case entered into nvc's system

06-08-2021 - AOS fee
06-08-2021 - IV fee
07-05-2021 - IV & AOS documents submitted online

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy
