Congrats Mojo... Another small step is taken in this lengthy process. We all get hope from hearing news about those milestones that are reached by others. It tells us that the journey is not endless and our efforts are not waisted.

Taya, Dont cry unless it makes you feel better. Sadness is too consuming so avoid it as much as possible. Focus on what you have not what your missing. This past year is but a small fraction of your future years ahead of you and sooner than you think it will be a distant memory.

As for me well my time is significantly more valuable as I have less of it left. So MOVE IT USCIS... :angry::rofl:

- Waiting Medical completed 10/27/10

- Interview Date 11/3/10 Wife didn't have NSO Marriage Certificate, No Approval OMG!!!

- NSO Certificate received by Embassy on 11/5/2010

- Informed by call center. Cost $18 Information received- we need to wait 6-8 weeks from Nov 5th FUBAR.

- VISA APPROVED 12/15/2010

- Wife arrived in US Feb 2, 2011... :)

Come on March filers,get all approved soon,so they'd start approving the April filers,and i get to be with my hubby soonnnnn!....i noticed it's almost 3.5 months for everyone anymore,so hopefully,you'll all be approved soon,and they start Approving April ones!...Goodluck to you all!:)

There's atleast another month left before they start approving the first batches of April filers. So plenty of time until you get your NVC ish together.

N400 CITIZENSHIP STAGE

23-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox (USPS EXPRESS)

27-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form delivered/picked up by USCIS

01-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form fee check cashed by USCIS

04-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form received per NOA1

09-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 notice date

14-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 on hand through USPS

30-JAN-2017 -:- N400 fingerprint taken

01-FEB-2017 -:- N400 interview schedule process started

26-JUL-2017 -:- N400 interview date set (01SEP2017)

29-JUL-2017 -:- N400 interview letter on hand

01-SEP-2017 -:- N400 interview date - Interview passed

10-OCT-2017-:- N400 oath ceremony letter on hand (oath on 26OCT2017)

Hey everyone,

Did anybody went through Clarence process for IR-1/CR-1??

My husband went to Turkey embassy for his interview on May 5th, after waiting for 5 months for interview schedule and they asked him for Clarence!!

If he is at the interview stage, than they require police clearance certificate and passport clearance certi. (depending on the country's requirement)see this: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3195.html#police

06-06-2021 - Recevied NVC case no. - case entered into nvc's system

06-08-2021 - AOS fee
06-08-2021 - IV fee
07-05-2021 - IV & AOS documents submitted online

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

-NOA 1 Receipt date: 3/1/10 (sent 2/18/10)

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

-NVC operator says the IV package has been entered: 11/18/10

-E-mailed SUE to see if that would do anything (3 diff times...): 11/29/30/10

-Sent AOS RFE's: 12/1/10

-AOS RFE's received: 12/2/10

-Checked payment portal for fun (SIF!!!!): 12/3/10

-AVR still say AOS missing info: 12/3/10

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Received interview date (12/13/10): JANUARY 6th, 2011!!

-Medical: 12/21/10- Passed :)

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

How long have you two been away from each other? Just wondering. Caz as of right now, my wife hasn't had a break down but i kinda promised her i will go see her in september. May be that's the reason :P anyway, hope she is ok now and you get ur approval this week.

We been apart since early March. So not as bad as some of you here but distance is hard regardless.

Not much I can do and she understands that.

almost the same time as me. I saw her around march 12th...so its been almost 4 months. Time will go by quickly and approvals will come. Just have to have patience.
