Want to share with you that we got the email from USCIS yesterday at 6pm (EST) that our I-130 was approved!!!

Wish USCIS keep throwing NOA2 to rest of the March filers.

Congrats CCNKC!! USCIS,more approvals plsssss.

I-130 sent on 03/03/10

I-130 received 03/04/10

NOA1 sent 03/10/10

NOA1 received 03/16/10

Touched 03/17/10

Touched 06/25/10

Approved 06/30/10(Attorney received notice of approval)

NVC received 07/12/10

PCC collected 07/15/10

Bills paid by attorney 07/15/10

D230 emailed to attorney 07/16/10

D230 sent to NVC 08/02/10

Interview 11/12/10,7.00am

Visa approved 11/12/10

Visa in hand 11/19/10

Thanks. The two touches I got two weeks ago.. I never received Email or text alerts. I'm a bit concerned that If there is something happening, will I be notified? I guess the answer is "of course" but I'm so flustered that it makes my mind think of many reasons why I've been overlooked :wacko::bonk::(:blink::unsure:CSC hates me :crying:

The waiting bothered me some but not terribly as i knew it would take time.

Whats making me bonkers is that people near my NO1 date are getting their NO2.

I know my time is close!

Yeah, but what made me bonkers was the fact that in February, March and April, Approvals were rolling out at almost the same rate as K1 visas, but in may it was reduced to almost a third. That began to shatter any hopes of getting approved inside of 5 months. Now things are starting to roll out again. I need to stop worrying about my approval and start reading post on the NVC process. DS-230 what??? PCC what??? AOS what??? :wacko: what is this language everyone is speaking?

The Jesal, I called USCIS and told them to torture you since you called and told my husband to be behind on his papers. Consider us even!!! :thumbs:

Good one rvince! It is much better to get a hold of all of that now before you get the NOa2 and your brain falls out of your head! If you think you are losing it now...wading through all of that paperwork later on is too much!

hey marie and yahya, don't you ahve two profiles on here and have two timelines in march filing. if this is true you need to get rid of one and make it easier on all of us. let us all know on this discovery..

i think that chris and ma cecilia is a duplicate also. if i am not mistaken that belongs to chris and cecil who have already been approved. that would eliminate at least two in march. everyone fix these timelines if that is true.

oh ok tahya and marie. so that means we have opne less to approve on the timeline then. so we know it is 65 instead of 66.

Yes they did. They did it back to back days. Got excited but then realized it was caz of change of address.

Rich and Bey - yeah ur right thats us..it was my accnt when first time to log in here, it was error when i log in the second time i dont know why. so i decided to make a new account. I dont know how to eliminate that account either.
