Guys i need help regarding DS3032 form... NVC mailed the form to my husband but i already sent all my docs needed for DS230 including the form DS230.. could i possibly send the DS3032( filled up) to my husband's email? for him to send it together with other docs and DS230. Help!!!

You should be able to just email NVC the email version of the DS3032. Here is the link.

The forms are also on line so don't worry. Who is the USC? If its him then You should have already sent him the signed DS3032 right? That is if he is going to be his designated rep. Then he will mail it. You can also email it in from where you are. Its a real simple form so I would not be that concerned either way you go.

As long as you have given ur email address to NVC operator (which u have because u have the email from them), then just email them and it should be good without issues. U can ignore the form from NVC

the USC is My husband. thats what i missed to sent him . anyway...thanks for that info u shared..

I didnt received email from NVC..thats why i got confused coz they send it via MAIL to my husband..when my husband ask the operator for our case# he said they already mailed it including the DS3032 form.

No problem! NVC seems to be a more confusing stage than helpful while USCIS seems to just make people impatient. Which is the lesser of the two? Maybe NVC thinks that if you have come this far, you can read between their lines and make sense of their "this could have 100,000 answers," questions.

The whole process should come with a warning label of possible health hazards like anxiety and depression and loss of hair (due to be so frustrated and ripping it all out). I guess a good "pill" for those would be VJ. Side effects of VJ are: making new friends, helping other people out, having others help you out, feeling at ease, schooling your spouse on the visa process, and lack of sleep (due to checking all the time).

Has there been anyone else approved yet? let's get those approvals going again. at least 10-12 this week would be nice. the 11th through the 16th would be even better.

kruz_patz i wish if they were working on the 16 of march but they not if you take a look at boldee's timeline you'll see the noa1 was dated 10 of march they got the hard copy on 16 but its good to know at least that USCIS are moving now good luck
