10/04/2010: Case# received, Both email id provided

10/05/2010: DS-3032 COA emailed to NVC

10/11/2010: IIN received

10/11/2010: AOS review fee ($88) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/14/2010: AOS status 'PAID'

10/16/2010: DS-230 IV fee ($404) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/19/2010: DS-230 IV status 'PAID'

10/20/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package sent

10/22/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package delivered. Signed by: J Desmond.

11/10/2010: SIF!!!

11/14/2010: received checklist for missing passport office PCC.

11/10/2010: NVC Completion

12/09/2010: NVC Forwards Case to Consulate

CONSULATE

11/22/2010: Passport Office PCC to be in hand

12/22/2010: Medical Completed

12/28/2011: VFS Office Visit - Submit all required documents

01/10/2011: Interview Date - APPROVED

j1/11/2011: Passport arrived at home.

01/25/2011: Wife Comes to USA (POE: Newark, NJ)

I know its a pain but Get your thoughs together. Make a list of questions and facts to discuss with them.. You see the timelines for the people here. Your way out of the normal time line so call everyday speak to supervisors and ask why... What do they need for you to do. WHy have they singled you out and so on... Squeaking wheel gets the grease...

Thank you, I would call every day but don't want to piss them off. I submitted each every lil thing and gave them plenty extra pieces of evidence. I just don't know what is the holdup. I will wait until the end of this week and then ill start calling. I just cant wait anymore..

.......it's getting out of control to keep patience.......Initially I assumed that it will be done in all about 3.5 months......but now it's more than 5 months for some people......assuming that at this rate....what it would take for rest of us?

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

Stupid RFE on birth certificate: 11/24/2010

Send German birth certificate : 11/26/2010

German birth certificate received by NVC : 11/29/2010

RFE entered in the system : 12/07/2010

SIF: 12/15/2010

Case complete: 12/16/2010

Holiday in Martinique with my wonderful wife : 12/31/2010

Interview : 02/22/2011

I am not sure what to say at this point. Prior to filing for a VISA I was walking around totally unaware of the suffering that was occurring everyday as a result of USCIS and NVC poor job performance... OH the INHUMANITY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- Interview Date 11/3/10 Wife didn't have NSO Marriage Certificate, No Approval OMG!!!

- NSO Certificate received by Embassy on 11/5/2010

- Informed by call center. Cost $18 Information received- we need to wait 6-8 weeks from Nov 5th FUBAR.

- VISA APPROVED 12/15/2010

- Wife arrived in US Feb 2, 2011... :)

what pisses me off is that for Texas Service Center, over 8 applications 5 already got their approval (with an average of 19 days between NOA1 and NOA2!!!). 1 of them already got the visa and the other 4 already have their interview scheduled.... i mean, i know there are much less applications in texas than in California Service Center, but man, who decides if our application goes to california or Texas?

the funniest thing is my timeline starts tomorrow on this vj that i should be approved through September 4th.. i don't think so..... lol

Yeah Really. We are both a lot closer to TX than CA... I wonder what determines who goes where. I was surprised to be sent to CA based upon where I live. :blink::huh:

When I filed my I130, I prayed that mine goes to California. Because it has the shortest processing time. I got what I prayed for. But unfortunately, the time to process files in California went up. And in Texas it went down. How unfortunate!

I think we all stuck with CA, the immigration processing timeline shows April 27, does it mean anything? should we care about it or is it like VJ timeline... :wacko:
