11/29/2010............AOS entered at NVC's system, requesting for biographic info

12/8/2010 ........... SIF

12/9/2010 ........... Case Complete

12/13/2010 .......... Interview date assigned- January 7, 2011

01/07/ 2011 ..........Visa Approved

Rvince congrats!!! i think there will be more from alst week. i have a feeling they are sending them out a lot and either the system is down or they can't keep up with the approvals. so i think there will be a lot of approvals from last week that hasn't received theres yet.

the jasal congrats!!! yes to you guys. all coming in the mail now and they are going fast and furious.

i see another approval from march 24th. ok everyone update your timeline. let's go here. i see a lot of approvals in the next two weeks. theya re back to work ladies and gentlemen.

I just realized they approved us on the 15th, same as our 6 month wedding anniversary. :D

Oh man my face hurts from smiling!

My I-130 was approved in 125 days from NOA1 date.

10/14/2010: AOS status 'PAID'

10/16/2010: DS-230 IV fee ($404) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/19/2010: DS-230 IV status 'PAID'

10/20/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package sent

10/22/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package delivered. Signed by: J Desmond.

11/10/2010: SIF!!!

11/14/2010: received checklist for missing passport office PCC.

11/10/2010: NVC Completion

12/09/2010: NVC Forwards Case to Consulate

CONSULATE

11/22/2010: Passport Office PCC to be in hand

12/22/2010: Medical Completed

12/28/2011: VFS Office Visit - Submit all required documents

01/10/2011: Interview Date - APPROVED

j1/11/2011: Passport arrived at home.

01/25/2011: Wife Comes to USA (POE: Newark, NJ)

i think there will be a few more from last week that hasn't updated. that means they did probably 15-20 approvals from vj from last week. i might be over exaggerating but it looks this way.

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

-NVC operator says the IV package has been entered: 11/18/10

-E-mailed SUE to see if that would do anything (3 diff times...): 11/29/30/10

-Sent AOS RFE's: 12/1/10

-AOS RFE's received: 12/2/10

-Checked payment portal for fun (SIF!!!!): 12/3/10

-AVR still say AOS missing info: 12/3/10

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Received interview date (12/13/10): JANUARY 6th, 2011!!

-Medical: 12/21/10- Passed :)

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

rvince, when do you plan to call NVC to see about a case number?

Is that what I'm suppose to do next? :wacko: I guess I will do it first thing tomorrow morning.. I am gathering info on what I am suppose to do and when to do it.. :wacko: I was so busy trying to file a late I-129F, I never thought about what would happen if I actually got approved :bonk: should I be calling now?
