GOOD Morning everyone!!!!! ANother day and another long wait. THought that we would hear some more last night but that wasn't the case. we can only hope and pray that the CSC starts putting it into overdrive.

John i have no idea but this wait is getting ridiculous. every other petition is almost done but ours. we are still in march. why is it taking so long already.

Rich - there is nothing we can do about it. We Just have to wait and hope to get our approval soon. I am waiting for 108 days now and have prepared to not hear till day 120 after the slowdown. I just hope it doesn't go past 130 days which means August 12 is the day. Just hoping to get it before that.

I saw a list of unapproved march filers.......it's quite big.....lol...so technically we all have to wait......

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

Hey gang, I mentioned earlier that our case was touched on July 14, our NOA1 is April 2nd, I've seen it referred to a couple of times so...to note a couple of points with my case:

-Hubby is active duty military and asked for our case to be expedited. Well, unless the touch of July 14 was NOA2 on its way, I think we're no faster than the rest.

-Also, darling hubby is deployed and can't check his post box, since it looks like USCIS isn't sending email notifications right now the NOA2 may well be sitting in his post box, and won't be discovered until hubby returns! Kind of sad irony that one.

I'll definitely keep y'all updated but unless USCIS sends hubby an email, our hands are tied I guess until he gets home. Unless I can call USCIS and ask them? Can I DO that? ;)

I am surprised to hear that your hubby cant get access to the net. He must be at a super isolated FOB because most of the MWR's that I knew of had multiple computers with connection to the Internet. The biggest problem was getting a turn because everyone was using them for Games, skype and so on. He could also check with his command to see if they would give him usage to check.

I have a legitimate question. I filed for my wife's I130 CR1/IR1 on April 20th, 2010. How likely is it for her to come to Ameica in 2010? I just wanna set my expectation and priorities in accordance to that.

well indigo, you are right after me. and i think that our wives based on timelines and if we get approved in september that we wont see our wives until january 2011. this is how i feel. because if it takes nvc two months and at least a month and a half for interview them we are looking between 3-4 months. but if we were approved like this month or possible early next month then maybe we can have them here in december possibly november.

A part of me always knew she wouldn't be here in 2010. I just didn't want to admit it. But it looks more and more like that will happen. :( Well atleast I hope I get couple of weeks off this year to visit her. That would be nice.

As a general processing time, your spouse can be here in November 2010.

Please follow the guidelines of NVC in my signature, as soon as you have I-130 NOA2.

Hummm Well your first post was paranoia striking deep :rofl: JK, Your not that far behind me and I expect my wife to be here in Oct/Nov time frame. I think it is possible that your wife might be here by Christmas Indigo. Wouldn't that be a gift for all seasons. But for that to happen certain things need to happen first. The big one of course is that you get your NOA2 in Aug. Then this needs to be followed with complete and speedy submittals on your part to the NVC. I know your capable of that. So dont give up hope too quickly.

Having said that what I think you and all the other have working against us is the HOLIDAYS>>> Thanksgiving and of course Christmas. We all know productivity slows down for everyone in these months. I guess I am saying its a ####### shoot but hope does keep us all going doesn't it.
