I just add this her if anyone looking a for the same answer.

1: Check with USCIS cause they seem to hold approved petition and look over them again (UNKNOWN REASONS)

2: Remember to message your congressman (fax,e-mail,phone) any method available to you

I

also call and check with USCIS.My petition was approved Feb 1ST.It been 1 month and NVC never got it.Now,They told me it was amended and re-approved for March 10th.I still gonna send in my info that I can hopefully be better this time. It's at least look like the congressman office is doing there job unlike USCIS.Now,I just need to wait and see if NVC get it within the 2 weeks or 3 weeks of approval.

Well,No comments for this, but I seem to got my answer on my own.

USCIS employe sucks. They approve us in just 61days but the NVC sent back our case to them and we we're RFI.And it took them two months's to find out what's the problem in our aplication. And now,we're approved for the 2nd time(March 8,2010) but its ben 10 days but the NVC don't have our case yet but they gave our manila case number,How can we have a case number if they didn't have our case yet? huh! I hope the goverment can do something about that.. They get payed but seems like they are not doing their job well.. :bonk:

Does NVC have your approved petition now? How were you able to get a manila case # if they don't even have it yet? Did you ask for it or they just gave it to you?
