hello everyone ,

I would need some help for my stepdaughter's(K2)filling AOS

I did read the guides but can not find the information am looking for regarding the K2,

I got married to my fiance who arrived on K1 she got a child that arrived on K2,

My question is,

does we have to fill out every application 2 times one for the mother(K1) and one for stepdaughter(K2)?

I485/I865/g325a is this correct forms K2 have to fill?

My stepdaughter is 14 yrs old and how much processing fee is?

Thank you for help on how to do the K2 AOS.

Yes, separate applications... separate fees.... Fee is the same ($930 + $80)

YMMV

One of each form for each person: 485, 765, 131, 864 (copy only of the original for the K-2 person)

And per the 485 instructions, Fee is $1010 plus $600 for a K-2 under 14 years. Since she's already 14 years the total will be $1010 x 2 = $2020, check made out to Department of Homeland Security (no abbreviations allowed).

I did it with a single check and they cashed it without any problems.

I combined all the fees ($1010 + $600 for the K-2) into one check and they cashed it and we have had no problems. This was on Feb 4th of this year.
