Evidence sent, USCIS silent after a month

Is it normal for USCIS to stay silent after receiving a response due to a RFE? They sent us a RFE and we sent them the evidence asked more than a month ago, but we still don't know what is happening. Should they have emailed us to confirm receipt of the requested evidence or updated our case through their website? We tracked what we sent and it was received four days after we sent it.

Should we panick?

I recieved a RFE early-july and replied straight away. they updated the website to say they recieved my response to the RFE.

I would expect that you should recieve the same.

Ofc i would never recommend panicing :) its USCIS so panicing is pointless.

Hi,

I got 2 RFE's for my 2 children, (1 for each of them) and returned the responses them on 6th July with USCIS recieving them on 8th July according to USPS website where i tracked the mail, as of yet i have heard nothin from USCIS either snail mail or email or updates on their site, i called the mis-information line a couple of times but no one could help me as to why i haven't heard from anyone reguarding the resposes mailed back to USCIS

So guess we will just have to wait till they decide to update the website to say they have recieved the response to the RFE's

Sorry i cant be of more help
