well for what it's worth...the AVR has been pretty unreliable the past week-week and a half. There was about 5 days that went by until the AVR updated to say they received the packages...my package was delivered on 4 March and the AVR didnt update until the morning of 10 March saying that it was received on 9 March.

FIRST OFF: OH MY GOSH! Saw that you guys had a "log in failed" today! Congrats!!!!

Should I call and talk with operator or would that be super too much? Just wait?

Posted

Thanks!!

i didnt call until yesterday and talk to an operator about the expedite request. You can call and ask, but i'm sure they will tell you that it isnt in the system yet. I want to call and ask tonight about our package, but I think i will call tomorrow sometime and see if it left for manila yet and see if they have an interview date for us yet or if we have to wait on the embassy for that.

hmm...what exactly is an expedite request?

for them to put it in the system faster or for them to forward it to embassy?

p.s. thanks for all the help!

it was to basically skip the NVC...I got it because i am military and just returned from a deployment. Dianawallgreen told me about it...although her stuff was just taken to the interview (AOS and 230 package)
