My fiancee will miss her sister's wedding unless we can get advance parole in less than 45 days. Does anyone know if and how we can do this?

Use USCIS web site to find INFO PASS meeting link. Take anything you have that will help show the need. They are the only ones that can tell you if it can be done.

Isn't she due to arrive in the US in a few days and will need to leave in 45?

You're pushing it if that's so - you'll need to get married first (hopefully you plan to do so quickly), then file your I-485. I would suggest that you not file the I-131 the traditional way (mailed in with the I-485), but rather make an infopass appointment and bring it, and your NOA1 for the AOS, with you - be prepared to show evidence of the urgency. They can (if they see reason to) issue the AP fairly quickly this way.

Another option would be to postpone your fiancee's voyage to the U.S. until after her sister's wedding. That way you can be sure she won't miss it.

K1: 01/15/2009 (mailed I-129F) - 06/23/2009 (visa received)

AOS: 08/08/2009 (mailed I-485, I-765, & I-131) - 10/29/2009 (received GC)

Can I and should I file both the I-485 and the I-131 together by making an infopass appointment?
