Did you all ready send it in with your application?

If you did, then they will use it, if you are preparing to send it in now, I would get it dated now.

I-134 is not as binding as the I-864 (the level is different, 100% vs 125%, for example).

Also - you need more information usually with the I-864 (since it is more binding).

Read the guides above for your particular case on which to send, usually it will be the I-864.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

I guess it depends on whats going on.

IF you have NOT sent this I-864 to NVC, and you have the original in yer hands - then yes, sure - have it ready for NVC Processing.

If you had to submit one to Montreal on the K-3 - I suggest you make a new one, as a tax year has transpired already.

Are you wanting to OPT IN for NVC Electronic Processing, btw? you qualify, ya know - since the interview will be in Montreal.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
