Has anyone had to send additional docs to Vancouver?

I sent the requested additional documents to Vancouver last week (they were received on Friday) and now we're just waiting for them to make a move (lol) ... but for how long? I haven't e-mailed them yet asking for a timeframe (I'd honestly rather not, I know they're busy and we've waited this long, what's a bit longer?!). I'm just looking for experiences from anyone else who had to send in additional information. I know that the Montreal consulate can take weeks to issue the visa after receiving the info ... I'd love to hear any experiences from those of you who had to give more information to the Vancouver consulate.

I just want to respond with my experience for anyone who may need to search this topic in the future. The additional documents arrived at the embassy on Friday, March 12 and I received an e-mail from the consulate on Tuesday, March 16 telling me that we were approved and the visas were mailed out. So all in all ... 3 days for a response.

I want to send the consulate employees flowers or chocolates or something to say thank you but I sincerely doubt they would be let into the embassy with all that security, lol.
