Where is packet 3? for my interview?

Hi all,

I have a few question for u who had your interviews done.

1.- I have my interview next month. My hubby got the Packet 4 which contains the DS-230 Part II, Instruction for Medical Exam. and more. He mailed it to me. My question is... where are the rest of documents we sent to NVC??? Birth cetificate, marriage certificate, police certificate and more? that is Packet 3 right? Are those documents at the US embassy? or they have to mail them to me or what??

2.- Are there another new forms I have to fill out at the interview?

3.- I use calling cards to call my hubby, since it gives me 1400 min to USA for 7 $us, I dont have calls record because 1 min to USA is 1 euro (1,36 $us) Do u think I should present it with my scrapbook? Well yes I have looooots of chats printed out, but what about those calling cards? I have a looots of them!!

1. all forms / documents handled at NVC - will show up at the interview with yer casefile. I've no idea why you have the DS-230, but the medical exam (and more) is important. I'm guessing the (and more) section contained the appointment letter. Forget packet 3.

2. No.

3. calling cards are mostly useless without call detail records. But - even having said that, any phone logs will be useless as well. The VO will not have time to even look at those, during the interview. Suggest instead, you review the I-130 instructions, make a new set of bonafide relationship/marriage evidence, and have it ready for interview day.
