It happened to us.... RFE medical

I dont know why i was surprised, but yesterday i received my RFE for my medical exam... the issue is as follows...

You have indicated that you last entered the United States as a K or V non-immigrant. Please submit a properly completed and signed copy of the medical exam conducted overseas on Form DS-2053, Medical Examination for Immigrant or Refugee Applicant, for the applicant on form I485

If you do not have a completed for DS2053 please submit a properl completed and signed for I693 Report of Medical Exam for the applicant on Form I485

With my initial AOS package, i included

I693 part 1, 2(vaccinations chart) and 5 in a sealed envelope.

DS-3025 vaccination chart from Knightsbridge Doctors in London, where i had my medical.

the I693 instructions hi-lighting the section regarding K Visa holders who have their medical overseas.

a cover note stating that my medical exam will be in the POE package.

i've read a few other topics on this... what are my main options at the moment. My understanding is that this RFE is because they havent found my medical exam in the POE package.. correct??

oh i already called Knightsbridge to see if they can fax me another copy of the medical exam, but was told they dont keep copies there, it just goes straight to the embassy. lame!

Hey.... I'm sorry you had the same exact RFE as I have It sucks... i'm contemplating of going through the whole new medical exam. However, I have contacted my congressman in my area and they're trying to help me out. I hope they get some information... all I can do is wait now.. what do you plan to do?

yeah seems this is happening to me also...my issue is my hearing is this friday.
