Yay we got approved (I-130). Thank you all for helping and might need more help still, hehe. Now its time to move to NVC =)

Congratulations to all that got their NOA2s approved !!! woot woot.

Man I wish they would friggin get on ours.....everyone approved has filed after us. Arrrrrggghghgh.....I'm happy for you guys but wondering ####### is going on. The initial NOA1 letter says our case is pending while they process files that were submitted before ours.....riiiiiiiiight , suuuuuuuure.

Anyway.....good stuff. I'm going to kick a rock down the road....

First of all thank you to everyone and goodluck!

We are as surprised as most of you as far as getting this so fast. We weren't thinking it would be done so fast. We didn't have 1 touch. I don't know how the process works as far as who gets approved and what not. I don't know what to say except hang in there and you will get your NOA2 soon. We are praying for everyone here to be with their loved one's soon =)

I just have a question though. Do we have to send in the original marriage certificate for I-864 package??

I m so glad for you I m still waiting for my I-130 approval it has been 5 months but there is no touch or mail yet from Uscis You are lucky.
