I called the U S Embassy in Manila yeasterday and they told me my fiance could call and schedule the interview so now can she proceed with the physical without a written or hard copy notice?

How should we proceed with this matter? What's next?

Yes she can as long as she has the copy of your NOA2... but if she wants to call for the interview schedule now to have the letter from the US embassy for her physical then it is much better calling first to set an interview date. she'll get an email from the US embassy as a confirmation of the interview date as soon as she hang the phone...she'll just have to print it. No need to set schedule for her physical in St. Lukes..better go there in the afternoon...lesser chaos on waiting in line.

Have her take the St. Lukes medical ASAP. She only needs her NOA2 and MNL number.
