Dear Vj Member,

I am worried too much..I will going to submit our co-sponsor I-864A form, will be my mother in law she is 83Y/O...She has very good income from houses rental n apartment...income more than 125% above poverty level,

We only have tax transcript 1040 (most recent tax return), Bank statement, property holder etc...

But since she is not working and self employee, she does not have W2 tax transcript...

I am so worried because embassy officer asked for copy of most recent tax return 1040 & W2....but we don't have W2.......

Did any one know if this OK???

Please kindly inform me if you have same experience with me....thank you very much...

To be clear - when you say you have (or 'only have') tax transcript 1040 - do you mean an IRS transcript or just the form 1040? (There is a difference) If you have an actual IRS transcript, you should not need things like W-2's, 1099's etc. (As you can see, not everyone has W-2's.)
