Hello everyone.I am the beneficiary i just got my passport pcc today in mail from passport office in india now the question is my passport was issued 6 years back when i was unmarried and didnt have spouse name on it but now i recently got married on 2nd jan but didnt add the spouse name on passport so now the pcc which i got says SPOUSE NAME-NULL.I had a talk with my wife she said that its ok because when my passport was issued i was unmarried and now i have a marriage certificate that is the biggest proof.

So friends what should i do should i add the spouse name on the passport and get the pcc again or should i just get spouse name added on passport or they are smart enough to figure out everything themselves:)

As my wife has petitioned for me and i dont want to take any chances which could cause a delay in the process so please guide me.

thanx in advance

you have enough time to get all of this done... you need this info in NVC state after your I130 approval.

If I were you and have time and have some connections in India, I will do it... there is nothing wrong in doing this.
