Yep. It's the same snobby attitude that people get when at a restaurant. Suddenly, they've become royalty and treat everyone as servants. You're the customer and deserve good service but you don't have the right to treat people like they're servants.

I hope she gets a bill from Cathay Pacific for the extended gate time at Hong Kong ( a really EXPENSIVE airport)-that alone would have cost the airline a whole pile of money-not to mention passengers missing connecting flights/aircraft losing it's take off and landing slots and having to refile their flight plans...She was an azz....I hope her Gucci turns out to be a bad Hong Kong fake because it's people like her that not only can make air travel unsafe ( refusing to stow lose luggage for T/O and landing) but a pain in the azz because of delays....

It's delays that cause inconvienience and cost money-costs eventually rolled back onto the passenger in the form of higher ticket prices.

Hopefully, the clapping from the rest of the passengers put a dent in her ego and she'll think twice next time a stewardess asks her to stow her belongins. :yes:
