as police certeficate /who usual takes long time to get it/ plus others... how i will get those original documents back from the consulat?!!!

2- Des my wife will have another medical since she passed it in august 2009 and they already have it at the consulat ?!!

3-is the consulat will send her new package 3 for the I130?! or they will just switch and go through the interview?!

4- is the time processing will be between 4to 6 months even i already have waited 5 months before for the K3?

1) I think you can request it from the consulate and have it mailed to the beneficiary.

2) Medicals are only valid for 6 months, I think. So yes, she might have to take one before the interview.

3) No idea.

4) NVC can be gotten through in about 4-6 weeks if you don't get hit with the dreaded RFE. After that your interview will be scheduled according to how busy your consulate is.

Good luck. :)

Here's Christeen's time tested formula to get you through NVC in one piece alive:

Petitioner: Get NVC # + give operator your email IDs + receive AOS fee bill + pay 70$ online + wait to show paid + print cover sheet + send I-864 AOS with all documents and case # written on each page.

Beneficiary: Get NVC# + receive DS3032 + send DS3032+ DS3032 accepted + IV fee bill available to be paid + pay & wait to show paid + print IV cover sheet + mail DS230 package with all original/certified documents

= wait for case complete + wait for interview to be scheduled.
