It's DS 3025 and that by itself doesn't do it a lot of the time. She needs the I-693 from a USCIS Civil Surgeon in the US. GO to the hearing.

Check the list of civil surgeons in the AOS section.

As I responded in the other post, you have to redo the medical. The one you submitted was invalid - it was out of date. There is no way around this. If you do not submit the complete medical exam done by the Civil Surgeon now that your wife is in the US, your AOS application will be denied as incomplete. You still have time to complete her medical before the interview on Friday. You definitely do not want to miss the interview, because once again it will likely lead to a denial - especially if you also have an incomplete application which you now do. Being denied means that your wife will be required to leave the US or you will need to refile another AOS, pay all of the fees again AND still get that full medical redone. There is no way around this no matter how you try - the medical you submitted was out of date and invalid. You need to submit a valid medical and that requires a visit to a Civil Surgeon - there is no way around that either. If you can't get this completed by the time of your interview on Friday then you will at least let them know that you have an appointment and ask them to defer on any decision until you are able to submit the full medical.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
