How te get infopass appt. at USCIS?

Hello just want to ask how to get infopass appt at USCIS? what can i get after i had my infopass appt.does it help expedite our case? i hope so...bcoz we are in 6.5 months now its more than processing time but we haven't rcvd Noa2 yet (8/27/09 - Noa1)so worried...my fiance lives in Boston,,and he submitted our petition at VSC..Is there a local office at MA for the infopass appt.? thanks.

10-05-10 : NOA2

12-01-10 : Visa Approved

AOS

04-27-11 : Filed I-485/I-765

07-05-11 : EAD Approved

11-01-11 : AOS Approved

ROC

08-01-13 : ROC 90 day window opens

It may not help much but your US fiance can certainly make an Infopass appointment and see if there are any problems that are causing a delay. He can make the appointment through the USCIS website at http://www.uscis.gov . On the left hand side of their web page he will see a big "INFOPASS' with a link below to 'make an appointment'. He can click on that link and then follow the directions.:) They will allow him to select the closest USCIS office to where he lives.

I'm also moving your post to the K-1 visa forum as it relates to the K-1 visa process rather than working and travelling int he US prior to getting a green card.

ohh i see, thank you so much..seems vj update their site and kinda new to this site also don't know much... i hope it able to help us...what is the difference between service request and infopass appt.? thanx for the info
