Hello!

I have a question regarding Part 7, Question 26d of the AOS I-864:

I sent the AOS and associated documents yesterday, via Fedex. My AGI for this last tax year was 973 less than the state poverty guide line; however, I have liquid assets totally 600.00 more than 1/3 of the difference between the state poverty guide line and my AGI.

How likely is it the NVC will accept this AOS? I ask because I don't know much weight assets are given, when considering them compensation for the difference between the qualifying amount and the actual amount. In addition, is more weight given to stronger assets- that is, does NVC consider property, investments, etc., to be 'stronger' assets than CDs/Savings/etc.?

Please offer your experience, thank you!

Peace
