going to reno this weekend (3 days getaway).. besides obvious casino haven and checking on web of "things to do in reno, nv".... we would like to hear from actual reno,nv residents or those who have been here just for a few days of leisure and pleasure :P. anything or place you'd recommend as 'must see or do' ... thank you for sharing :D

we've been to lake tahoe recently- had a blast at heavenly mountain and skiing is something wed like to learn next year. were not phyiscally fit at the moment :lol: ...gained 20-25 lbs for the last 6 mos since arriving here :crying: ...guess my hubby overfeeds me :innocent: ...nway, thank you. must be fun to ski! :star:

I wouldn't worry much about being not too physically fit. I'm very unathletic, it's embarrassing! The first lesson was a bit frustrating because I could barely stand up, but come the second lesson - - I fell in love with it - in spite of all the falls. To think I'm not too keen of speed and heights!

Ski burns off calories :P ha ha ha. That should be a good exercise during these winter months :)

ohhhhh...make sure you play the WIZARD OF OZ machine if you see it!!! It's the best slot ever!! :P lol

hey thats encouraging :blush: ... and indeed ski is a good way to burn the unwanted :yes: but my hubby isnt up to breaking his bones nor nurse a swollen butt i guess :P so we'd reserve that for next winter. (ops id get spanking now for talking bout him here without him knowing :lol: )
