I just got the email from NVC confirming reception of Choice of agent and change of beneficiary address.

Also they sent the following:

Case Number: CDJ2010XXXXXX

Beneficiary's Name: XXXXXX

Preference Category: IR1

Your Priority Date: 21Aug2008 ( date we got the NOA1 from the I130)

Foreign State Chargeability: PERU ( I was born in Peru but my nationality now is Mexican , I live and got married in Mexico)

U.S. Embassy/Consulate: AMERICAN CONSULATE GENERALPASEO DE LA VICTORIA #3650FRACC PART SENECU, CD JUAREZCHIHUAHUA, MEXICO 32543

So what is the Foreign State Chargeability? Will it make any difference in my case that is says Peru, will it delay my case or make it faster ?

Anyone knows something about it?

Thanks is advance.
