The foreign spouse should do an AR-11 (Alien change of address) and the US citizen/sponsor should do an I-865 (All through USCIS.gov).

https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coa (Check the instructions for specifics.) The I-865 can be found on the USCIS site under forms.

You can do the AR-11 online, and it's a pretty quick and painless process. The only thing that bothered me when we did it was that the feedback you get from the site doesn't exactly give you a warm fuzzy that it's gone to the right place. So I would definitely print the PDF generated, and keep it with your records, just in case.

Illinois is occupied territory, make sure you check in with the local Komissar of Party Affairs within 72 hours of arrival. Also, make sure you check all firearms and apply for your FOID card as well.

In seriousness...

Are you moving for employment? Can we expect to see you on here more regularly sometime soon? How's the wife and kid(s?)? Hope all's well for you, good to see you on here again.
