Hi. We have our interview date next month and was just wondering what evidence we should take to the interview as proof that we live life together as a married couple? Due to not having a SSN yet (this is another problem we are trying to sort out!) and living with family all we can think that we have are the following:

- Joint checking/savings account (with both our names on it)

- Library card (in married name)

- ATT cell phone bill (this doesn't have my name on it though, we just added an extra line as I don't have a SSN)

- Photos of us (wedding photos & since then)

- Cards people gave us for our wedding

This is about all we have, can anyone think of anything else we need so we can sort it out in good time? We currently live with family so don't have any sort of rental agreement in our names or insurance (we could have family members who we are living with write statements saying we are living as a married couple in the same room... is this something we should do?)

thanks in advance.

** moving from "Adjustment of Status Case Filing and Progress Reports" to "Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from Family Based Visas" as the prior forum is for case updates/progress and this one is for questions**

I brought the following with us.

Note: I wanted to be OVER prepared so I brought a lot of stuff. This ended up being 2 binders + a folder worth of stuff

1) Copies of the complete package we sent them

2) Updated letter from husbands work saying he still works there, pay rate ect..

3) Updated Letter from the bank stating that I am now co-owner

4) I made a photo album with about 200 pictures. (our IO said he liked that I took the time to do that vs just loose pictures)

5) Cards from other people, letters, random mail we've each gotten, joint mail we've gotten

6) Updated Affidavits from friends/family

7) Copies of husbands paystubs for previous 3 months

8) Our Library, Sams club cards

I think that's about it!(I brought more stuff then that, but everything else was like bills, leases, letter from my new job ect..)

I also brought any type of letters or anything that they had sent us as well

Good Luck at your interview!
