I entered the us on a K-1 visa and I got married a week later.

My husband and I are filling the forms for my AOS but we haven't sent them yet.

We are living in New-York city although our adress in the forms is in Florida because we are there part time.

It is more practicle for us to keep the same adress that we have been using the whole time. ( during the K-1 process ).

Would USCIS be confuse if the affidavit of support shows that my husband receives an income from New-York but resides in Florida?

I'm hoping this makes sense.

All the mail from Florida is sent to us in NY on the briefest delay so should we keep it cool and not go through the whole change of adress thing???

Thanks for helping... :)

I would keep your permanent address the same. I work and temporarily in New York but live in Mass and filed in Boston. No problems to report.

It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

ceastland,

If you give a Florida address your I-485 will almost certainly be transferred to the appropriate Florida DO or SO for interview. Some of the Florida offices have horrendously long backlogs (don't know about NYC), and that aside how convenient will it be for you to travel there for the interview? (Unless you get lucky and are approved without an interview, but the affidavit of support issue of apparently conflicting locations may preclude that.)
