I130 is approved. How long will NVC send visa application to Pakistan consulate

Hey,

I am US Citizen...based in Chicago. My wife is in Pakistan (she is Pakistani national). Her I130 has approved as follows:

Priority Date: October 12, 2009

Receipt Date: October 10, 2009

Notice Date: February 4, 2010

Any idea how long National Visa Center (NVC) send her immigration visa petition to the consulate (Pakistan)?

Her case should have reached NVC within a week of the NOA2. Have you called NVC? Gotten your case #? Given them your email addresses? Paid the bills?
