Hello all,

So from everything I have read on the consulate website and on VJ it appears most of the forms for packet 3 can be downloaded online. I am afraid due to the mail system he willl not receive this packet in a timely manner, is there anything in the packet he will need to take with him to the interview. From my readings I notice other have gotten the approval notice printed at the consulate.
