I got a separate sheet talking about "if you were ever arrested (which I have NOT) bring the Police Report (...)" , is that just for me or for my husband too? - he is the American citizen. He had a D.U.I (on a 4-wheeler!!!! :yes: ) about 4 years ago. By reading the 'Request for Applicant to appear for initial interview' I got the idea that it is just for applicant to bring that.

Does anybody have any idea? :help:

6/27 - 2nd NOA received

8/8 - Our process was completed and forwarded to the US Embassy in Rio de Janeiro

10/3 - Got my interview date!!!

11/7 - Interview date. I wasn't approved, needed a co-sponsor

06/09- Received RFE letter - Mailed back overnight

07/03- EAD "touched"

07/07- EAD approved/mailed

07/10- EAD card received

09/13- Interview

09/29- Rec'd Green Card

I got same separate ducumentation.

It said "Notice to Applicant" so may be only for applicant?

I am not sure...
