So I was reading the guides trying to find what exactly my mom needs to bring this week so she can bring me my bicycle and some other random things.

I found customs form 3299. Is there anything else she needs to bring? (other than my stuff)

Thanks!

I *think* she needs to bring prof of your legal status in the US. Just to prove you are eligible to receive your stuff duty free.

Yes, try to fax her a copy of your I-94/visa as well and be sure she knows what your exact status is here in the US. My Dad drove down some of my belongings when he came for a visit and he couldn't remember that I came on a K-1 visa and spent a number of minutes trying to convince the border guard that I was here legally. The guard eventually let him through - and the good thing about all of that was the guard never asked him what he was bringing so he didn't have to declare any of it - although he was prepared to. Also make sure she knows the exact address where you are and where she will be driving - a mapquest map of some sort helps. It just reinforces her declaration. She should be fine and not have any problems but it is good to be prepared for the questions they will probably ask.

You must be excited to see her soon!
