NOA #2: Approval June 25th, 2009 - 92 days

NVC

July 8, 2009 to August 10, 2009 - 28 days

Interview Assigned - December 3, 2009 - FINALLY!!

Medical - December 14, 2009 - Passed

Embassy/Interview - January 26, 2010 Montreal, Quebec Canada - 167 days PASSED!!!

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

Thanks guys.

I am on the train now.

Spending tomorrow just relaxing and getting together with work friends. Half my team works in MTL.

I will post a full review once I am all done on Tuesday. It is hard to believe it is finally here.

Thanks, all! I'll pass the good luck wishes on to Yvonne. I'm in Toronto through today, going home for a couple days, driving back Tuesday, and we're then both taking VIA Rail to Montreal Wednesday.

Thank you! I got to Montreal today - staying at a super cute hotel. Medical tomorrow! Interview Thursday! Man, I'm nervous...I keep thinking of things they could deny me on, but I can't imagine what requirements I don't satisfy. Hubby is still searching for work, but he's had verbal offers and I have a good co-sponsor anyhow. But I do worry that they will ask me what he does, and when I say he graduated in Dec and has yet to find a job, they might not like that. Sigh. Hubby has been clearly living in the US for over a year now, with lease agreements, etc. to prove his domicile. Our kids have been approved for their US citizenship and their passports should be in the mail. I was denied at POE back in October, but I don't think that matters. Ugh. I'm just a worry wart!!!! I have no desire to even explore Montreal because I just want to get this over with!

I know, I know, I should be thinking POSITIVE!!!!
