cuanto tarda la cita despues de que se envian los papeles??

Si cuando hablas de papeles te refieres a el DS-230... deverias darle seguimiento a si no tienes RFE.. luego que este todo completo es cuestion de 1 a 2 semanas para que tu caso este completo y posteriolmente la cita..... puedes seguir los timelines de los demas para que tengas una idea general del proceso.. aunque no en todos los casos es igual...

03-10-2010 Case completed

06-26-2010 Interview Date Assigned

Embassy :

07-29-2010 : Medical Exam

08-10-2010 : Interview Date @ 6: 15 AM. Approved

10-07-2010 : Visa Received

10/30/2010 : POE @ EWR

11/10/2010 Recieved auto SSN, 11 days after POE

12/07/2010 Welcome letter received

12/11/2010 Green Card on hand.

Naturalization:

03/26/2016 N-400 Filing Date (Sent package to Dallas, TX via USPS Priority Mail)

Cuantos tiempo despues el I-129F..

Por for favor, ques es el processo completo?

Te aconsejo leas K1 Guide y el flowchart. Una vez enviaste la aplicacion al USCIS, recibes una notificacion de ellos que recibieron los papeles, esto es el NOA1. Luego sigue la parte mas larga del proceso, que es el tiempo que el USCIS toma para analizar el caso, y cuando finalmente toman una decision te lo notifican con el NOA2, este tiempo varia pero en promedio pueden ser 2 a 3 meses. Luego tienes que esperar que el USCIS envie los papeles al NVC y éste luego lo envia a la embajada en Bogotá, puede tardar de 1 a 2 semanas para que llegue. En este punto, ya el tiempo para la entrevista lo determinan ustedes, porque se debe enviar el paquete 3, que es la confirmación a la embajada de que ustedes ya estan listos y tienen los documentos para programar la entrevista. Total el proceso desde la aplicación hasta la fecha de entrevista puede tomar de 5 a 6 meses.
