A little lost

I am marrying my fiance during his leave from deployment in May. So apart from organising our marriage lisence and certificate and enrolling me in deers and tricare, I understand he also has to fill out an I-130 and G-325A to start off the visa process. Do we attach a copy of his orders for a military expadite to these forms when we send them in seeing as he will be deployed til October? Or do we do this at another stage?

Also, we will need an affidavit signed b/c we don't have any property/lease in both our names or children etc. Who exactly can do this for us? Parents? Siblings?

Ok and one last thing. He currently lives in the barracks on post but once we marry and he returns from deployment he will have to leave there straight away. We can't put this as the address I will be staying at when I immigrate and we wont have an address to put here until my visa is approved and I can go to Georgia and find us an apartment. What do we do with this section? Can we leave it blank or explain the situation instead of putting an address? Or could wee use the address of a family member?

Thank you so much if anyone out there can help! This is so difficult to organise while he's in Iraq but we've been informed its the best way to do it b/c we can use a military expadite at the moment..

The person who writes the affidavit for you must have personal knowledge of your relationship, that way they can attest that it is in good faith and how they know you guys. It can be a family member, a friend, a religious leader etc.
