Is been over a month since we received a referral for AOS asking for a birth certificate, we sent it a month ago and nothing happen yet :( I have prove from USPS that they received, but they didn't update it. I called the 800 (misinformation center) and as you can imagine they read me the same thing that I saw online, the message saying that they sent a referral asking for a birth certificate on June 26, 2006. What else should I do? They waiting is killing us :help::(

What they do you with our papers?
