I am truly happy for people who are getting approved but I look at some of the time lines and some are submitted the same time as me but from a different country than mine.

Also I noticed people getting RFE's and such while my account as not been touched in 30 days.

So while I am truly happy for folks why is it that I feel like this is a huge ####### shoot as to weather you get processed or not or even touched. HELP, I AM TOUCH Deprived!!!!

When I called the toll free the walked me through the automated system and told me there was no new information on my case and a customer service rep would not have any other information!!!! Do I bypass the automated system (playing dumb) and beg for an explanation???

And yes I know there are people who have been at this much longer than me and waiting infinately longer than me so I am sympathetic to you also and apologize if I come off as impatient or self centered!!

Apprecaite your help.

Paul

Actually, your case is fairly recent, and through a service considered slower. Be a little more patient and you´ll hear something soon. Was your petition submitted with the new I-129F?

Care to clarify or does your understanding something that you feel I do not give you some sense of supperiority?

Any of the people here that have been involved in this process for very long can empathize with your situation. Sadly, probably the first thing that you need to try to do is to adjust to the situation. Communication from USCIS is miserable, and that will probably not get better in our lifetime. The other thing I would say is, if you have legitimate gripes when things go beyond normal approval times or something like that, please ask around for how to get the right people involved. There are folks here on VJ that have already done the research...

I wish you the best through this ridiculous process. I think most of us have had to learn to adjust our expectations to avoid insanity. :)

Paul

really appreciate your honest emotion. seeing the approvals around us really makes

one feel this sense of "why not me"; hang in there bro, your time line and mine is identical

yet i feel very secure that my time is coming soon. I have not recieved my IMBRA RFE

yet but expect it any time. hang in there....our turn will come VERY soon. My prayers are

with your and your princess. Hang tough.

We were fortunate to get our approval yesterday, but we have been waiting 132 days!!!

I would never wish that upon anyone, but please be patient and understanding...there are so many of us that are a quarter year or more into the process and not closer than yourself.

This is definately the place to vent, but have a look at other's posts and timelines...you'll see the pattern of unfairness that USCIS has unleased. Remember that the wave of approvals are not typical...its catchup for months and months of halted processing for those who filed as early as March, and in some cases earlier. Please recognize those folks and follow their progress with an open mind. You will get there in due time.

Best of luck to you.

I dont believe that icey meant anything by that except to inform you that the NCSC is affectionately known as the 'misinformation line'. Unfortunately it is extremely rare for any useful information to be gleaned from the NCSC number, aside from what one can view themselves in their online status. Its something we all come to the realisation of very quickly.

I hope you hear something soon.

I also wonder why the approvals at the CSC seems crazy lately. I  sometimes too coz I wish my soulmate will be here before our anniversary, but knowing the complexity of my case (which I'll share once I get approved) I don't have any complaints. I consider not being touched a blessing.

Just hang in there!
