Received NOA-1 from form I-130

Hello to everyone !!! I'm so exited and happy , what a way of celebreting Valentine's day without my wife , but to check my mailbox and there they are , the 2 NOA's1 .

I've spoken to a representative from USCI and she explained that I do not need to send my Stepdaughter's documents (4 years old child) such as birth certificte , G-325A or any other documents that I sent in the past with the I-130 , all I need is to add her name on the I-129f and once approved and sent to the consulate in Bogota my wife needs to apply for my Stepdaughter's K-4 visa, is that information accurate????? Please some good samaritan advise me so I can send the I-129F TODAY.

And by the way I'm also exited because I'm going to Colombia to visit my Wife and Stepdaughter next week.

Hi,

That is correct.......You only need to list any children on the I-129F for now. Take a look at the following link from FAQ (the tab is at the top of the page) where they have some further information regarding children

Yep its all true what they have told you.

We have just been issued our k3/k4 visas and the child comes in as an add on with your wifes K3.
