Sounds good to me Raj. I'd also include the most recent bank statement for AOS package. People got RFEd this week because of that.

Good luck!

ps- barcoded sheet has to be on the top of everything!

If you don't want to send pay stubs, have your wife getting a "letter of employment" in her work stating how much she makes per year.

Example can be found here: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Employment_Letter

You can send your AOS package as soon as the barcoded sheet is ready to print.

The DS230 you can send when you pay the $400 bill and print the barcoded sheet as well.

You can start gathering the DS230 documents ASAP!!! Get the package ready and when you have the IV bill PAID you can send to NVC. It takes about 3 days to clear the payment. Hurry up!

Good luck =)

No, Tokyo Lover, you should not need to send a birth certificate in with the I-864 Affidavit of Support. However, an original birth certificate for each beneficiary should be sent in with the DS230 package. I hope this helps.

Here's to families being together sooner,

8-11 days from date of delivery for sign in failed. Barring any RFEs of course.

So you're looking at around April 1/2, if your package is overnighted.
