i filed for AOS and I-765 i.e, I-485 and I-765 at same time.i got two RFE letters last week.one for medical record and one for I-864.can i send one now and one later.i can provide medical record now but i need time for I-864....please suggest that can i send medical record with one RFE letter and after some time i will send I-864 with other RFE letter.

I would suggest sending everything at once. They can't resume your case with anything missing, so what you sent early would only sit there waiting on the other. Or worse, they might assume the early submission was all you had in reply, and would deny your case because they didn't have enough evidence to approve it. Just make sure everything is submitted before the deadline you were given.
