5 years residency

Iam ready to send my N-400 based on 5 years, I have included the following

-G-1145

-N-400 along with 2 pics, and fees

-copy of permanent residnet ( front and back)

-copy of birth certeficate of children

-copy of pay stub showing my child support deduction

-copy of divorce decree of previous marriage

-tax return for 05,06,07,08,09

My question is am I missing any thing Ps: did not travel outside the US, did not have any trouble with law

evidence looks good. If you don't have any travel or trouble with the law then it should be fine not to include anything

Look at the document checklist near the back of the M-476. There are a bunch of "If you ..." type statements, listing various things you might have to send in depending on whether certain things apply to you. Carefully read each of them and decide whether to send each item.

I suspect you don't need the tax returns, since you're not applying based on marriage. Offhand, I don't see anything obvious that you're missing, but I don't know your circumstances well enough to know if any of those "If you ..." type conditions listed in the document checklist in the M-476 apply to you.
