Hi everyone i"m back again lol... I'm preparing for all the papers that I need to remove my conditions ..I just want to ask If i miss any of my evidence;

• I-751

• Copy of passport and visa

• Copy of green card (front and back)

• Copy of California ID

• Copies of Federal and State Tax Returns filed jointly for 2007-2009

• Copy of Insurance Benefits (Kaiser Permanente)

• Copy of Dental Benefits (Delta Dental)

• Copy of Salary Savings Plan showing as a beneficiary

• Copy of Bank Statement (Savings and Checking account) California Bank

• Copy of UBS Visa credit card

• Copy of Sony Card Visa credit card

• Copy of ownership of Monarch Grand Vacation

• Copy of Lowe’s credit card

• Copies of ticket travel together

• Copies of pictures together, vacation and with the family

• Copies of envelopes/card addressed to both of us

• Copies of our rent receipts

• Original letters written by friends attesting to our relationship and marriage

oh i forgot plus the $545 payment..

My husband didn't put me on his house because he brought the house before we got married and we don't want the interest goes up if i put my name and im not on his car too..and one more question how u guys arrange the pictures? did u print it out and paste into a paper or just a copy? im really confused.. i will pass my papers end of this month.

Don't worry about the house, it is understandable becuase there are many people in that situation.

As for the photos, I actually printed them on landscape 8.5x11 paper and they were arranged 2x2 (4 each page with title and captions) and I used Power Point to do that...

Your evidence is excellent and I wouldn't worry about the car and the house....

That list looks very impressive. I don't see them having any problem with granting you the 10 yr card. Good luck and let us know what happens. I will send mine a week from today.

Passport and Visa NOT required.

Instead of sending tax returns, you could send only the tax transcripts!

Monarch Grand Vacation - Is this like a time share? If so, that may not help.

Instead, send the rent receipts along with the rental lease agreement.

Pictures are optional but may help.
