How many affidavits do you have?

My husband and I started out with a list of 12, now are down to 3, possibly only 2.

So, just wondering how many affidavits you turned in/are going to turn in?

My recommendation is zero affidavits.

Bear in mind that when reading instructions, anything that follows the words "in addition to the required...." is "not required". Most use either only a marriage certificate or other evidence like photographs together when filing the petition in a visa case.

Also be aware the K3 visa is now officially dead and gone as an option. Follow the CR1 guide.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

I sent three with our I-130.

Will have 10 for the interview.

03/27/2009: Engaged in Ithaca, New York.
08/17/2009: Wedding in Calcutta, India.
09/29/2009: I-130 NOA1
01/25/2010: I-130 NOA2
03/23/2010: Case completed.
05/12/2010: CR-1 interview at Mumbai, India.
05/20/2010: US Entry, Chicago.
03/01/2012: ROC NOA1.
03/26/2012: Biometrics completed.
12/07/2012: 10 year card production ordered.

09/25/2013: N-400 NOA1

10/16/2013: Biometrics completed

12/03/2013: Interview

12/20/2013: Oath ceremony
